3 Daily Fantasy Basketball Value Plays for 3/16/16

Tobias Harris has been extremely valuable recently and will help you save on your salary cap tonight.

One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you'll need to find one of these lower-priced options to squeeze everyone into your lineup.

Let's take a look at three guys who can help fill the gaps in your lineup tonight. Of course, remember to check our projections closer to tip because so much can change in the NBA throughout the day.

Briante Weber, PG, Memphis Grizzlies

FanDuel Price: $3,500

The Grizzlies have been plagued all season with injuries, and now we get to take advantage of their mishaps. Briante Weber was recently signed by the Grizzlies, and he has been a nice asset in the daily fantasy world.

He is at the minimum price on FanDuel, so having him in your lineup allows you to pair high-priced stars on your roster. Our projections for tonight have Weber netting 19 FanDuel Points, which would surpass five times value (five points per $1,000 in salary).

Tobias Harris, PF, Detroit Pistons

FanDuel Price: $5,800

The Pistons were blown out by the Wizards last time out, which destroyed Tobias Harris' minutes. He pays almost five times his price in nearly every contest, hitting at least 4.8 points per $1,000 in six of his seven games in March.

His minutes and production are very consistent, and $5,800 is extremely low for his recent value. He is close to a lock for at least 15 points and 5 rebounds. That alone gets him close to a good value play. We have him projected for 27.95 FanDuel points, good for 4.8 points on the $1,000 again.

Otto Porter, SF, Washington Wizards

FanDuel Price: $4,500

Otto Porter has been fantastic in his last two games, as he scored 35 and 27 fantasy points. We have him as another really good play tonight as the Wizards take on the Bulls.

Porter has been injured a decent amount this year, which has helped keep his cost low. He has seen at least 30 minutes in four straight games, and that should definitely continue tonight if Bradley Beal does in fact sit. Our algorithms see him topping five times value tonight on FanDuel.
