Split stats for players and teams come in many forms. Which ones should you know and use?

Stats are great.

But stats can also be misleading. That's why certain, advanced stats can help you get a leg up on the competition if they're looking solely at the box scores.

At the end of the night, though, the only stats that really matter in daily fantasy basketball are points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and turnovers -- provided you're playing on FanDuel.
