NBA Daily Fantasy Helper: Saturday 4/27/19

Nikola Jokic is coming off a massive outing in Game 6. Should you go back to him on tonight's two-game slate?

If you're new to daily fantasy basketball -- maybe you started your DFS journey during the MLB or NFL seasons, or maybe basketball is your sport and this will be your first year giving it a shot -- you're in for a treat. The NBA scene changes hugely on a week-to-week, day-to-day, and -- depending on injury news -- even a minute-to-minute basis, making every slate a unique one that requires an ever-changing approach.

With so much changing so quickly, we're here with plenty of tools to help you out. We have daily projections, a matchup heat map, a lineup optimizer, and a ton of other great resources to help give you an edge.

We'll also be coming at you with this primer every day, breaking down a few of the day's top plays at each price point.

Let's take a look at who you should target on today's main slate, which starts at 7:30 p.m. EST and features two games.

Best of the Best

Nikola Jokic ($11,300): Jokic has a massive ceiling, and he should have the ball in his hands a lot in this crucial Game 7. He'll probably play as many minutes as he can handle. Jokic logged 38 minutes and had a 39.2% usage rate in Game 6. In that one, he netted 43 real-world points and was one assist away from a triple-double, totaling 77.9 FanDuel points. He has a massive floor along with a huge ceiling, and we have him scoring nearly 10 more FanDuel points than anyone else in the San Antonio Spurs-Denver Nuggets clash.
