NBA Daily Fantasy Helper: Tuesday 4/24/18

Coming off a monster performance in Game 4, Jaylen Brown remains underpriced against the Bucks. Who else should you target in daily fantasy basketball on Tuesday?

If you're new to daily fantasy basketball -- maybe you started your DFS journey during the MLB or NFL seasons, or maybe basketball is your sport and this will be your first year giving it a shot -- you're in for a treat. The NBA scene changes hugely on a week-to-week, day-to-day, and -- depending on injury news -- even a minute-to-minute basis, making every slate a unique one that requires an ever-changing approach.

With so much changing so quickly, we're here with plenty of tools to help you out. We have daily projections, a matchup heat map, a lineup optimizer, and a ton of other great resources to help give you an edge.

We'll also be coming at you with this primer every day, breaking down a few of the day's top plays at each price point.

Let's take a look at who you should target on today's three-game slate.

Best of the Best

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($11,300): Giannis' 51.7 FanDuel points per game in the playoffs are the most for anyone in action on Tuesday. He also leads the group in FanDuel points per game over the whole season (51.7) and ranks second on a per-minute basis this season (1.41). His 39.0 minutes per game are the most on the slate, and that average is driven down by a blowout in Game 3 (in which he played only 27.4 minutes). He has played north of 40 in each of the other three contests. Combining that workload and efficiency, both his floor and ceiling are tops on the slate. Therefore, it's fitting that numberFire's models project him for Tuesday's highest fantasy score.
