5 Daily Fantasy Basketball Value Plays for 4/10/17

Boban Marjanovic looks to continue his recent dominance. Which other low-cost options are in a good spot for Monday's NBA DFS action?

One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing in one of these lower-priced options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at five players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup.

Jerian Grant, PG, Chicago Bulls

FanDuel Price: $4,000
Projected FanDuel Points: 22.8
Projected FanDuel Value: 5.71

Rajon Rondo will be missing his third straight game, which bodes well for fill-in starter Jerian Grant. He's started the last two games for the playoff-seeking Chicago Bulls and has averaged 15.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.5 steals in 30.2 minutes of action.

Grant has the fourth-highest value among all point guards playing on tonight's schedule.

Iman Shumpert, SG, Cleveland Cavaliers

FanDuel Price: $3,500
Projected FanDuel Points: 21.1
Projected FanDuel Value: 6.02

The Cleveland Cavaliers will feature a depleted roster, as they'll be playing without four of their five regular starters. One of the bigger beneficiaries will be Iman Shumpert, who figures to see a significant boost in minutes. Over 13 games in which Shumpert has logged 30-plus minutes this season, he is averaging 10.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.1 three-pointers made.

He boasts the highest value among all shooting guards on Monday's slate.

Joe Ingles, SF, Utah Jazz

FanDuel Price: $4,100
Projected FanDuel Points: 25.5
Projected FanDuel Value: 6.22

With both Gordon Hayward and Rodney Hood being ruled out, Joe Ingles is expected to receive a heavy workload. Though he's been cold on offense lately, the small forward is still capable of filling up the stat sheet. Over his last five games, Ingles is averaging 7.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 2.0 steals in 30.9 minutes.

Ingles is projected to net the seventh-most FanDuel points among all players at his position.

Noah Vonleh, PF, Portland Trail Blazers

FanDuel Price: $3,900
Projected FanDuel Points: 19.5
Projected FanDuel Value: 5.01

The Portland Trail Blazers are no longer fighting for positioning in the Western Conference standings, so they will be without some key players. One player who is expected to log regular minutes is Noah Vonleh, who has enjoyed a career year, which has included 7.4 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 27.3 minutes over his last five games.

According to our tools, he's trending as tonight's hottest power forward, playing 71.56% above his season average in terms of fantasy points per night during this recent hot streak.

Boban Marjanovic, C, Detroit Pistons

FanDuel Price: $3,600
Projected FanDuel Points: 31.1
Projected FanDuel Value: 8.64

Boban Marjanovic has been electric recently, as he's been given a healthy amount of minutes due to the lost playoff hopes for the Detroit Pistons. Marjanovic has put up monster averages over his past two games, with 20.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in just 25.2 minutes.

Marjanovic owns the highest projected value among all players on tonight's schedule of games. At near-minimum salary, he is an enticing punt option.
