Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Monday 2/27/17

Monday night brings some important NBA injury notes on several star players. What should you know?

It's only a seven-game slate in the NBA world tonight, but there are still a bunch of star players who have made the injury report.

Which ones do you need to take into consideration before making your lineups tonight?

Cleveland Cavaliers

LeBron James missed Saturday night's game against the Chicago Bulls with an illness, and it appears he is not quite 100 percent yet. He is officially questionable tonight, and if he is out, Kyrie Irving will once again be very busy. Kyle Korver is also questionable, but he was able to take some shots at shootaround. If he is out, look for Iman Shumpert or maybe even Deron Williams to be in play.

Kyle Lowry, Toronto Raptors

Right now, the biggest mystery for the night is Kyle Lowry. He did not play last night due to swelling in his wrist, and the Toronto Raptors seem to be keeping his status for tonight in the air. If he doesn't play again, Cory Joseph and DeMar DeRozan are excellent DFS options.

Kevin Durant, Golden State Warriors

Kevin Durant has been nursing a bruised hand, and he sat out against the Brooklyn Nets because of it. However, he is probable tonight, so feel free to roster him against another poor team, the Philadelphia 76ers, tonight.

Kristaps Porzingis, New York Knicks

The New York Knicks have shut down Joakim Noah for the year, and it appears they are being cautious with Kristaps Porzingis as well. The Knicks' young star is doubtful for tonight, so look for Guillermo Hernangomez to pick up a lot of minutes, while Lance Thomas and Kyle O'Quinn are also in play. Carmelo Anthony will also be quite busy.

Avery Bradley, Boston Celtics

Avery Bradley will be back reportedly "any day now," so Monday potentially qualifies as "any day now." Right now, we have heard nothing new on this front for tonight.

Patrick Beverley, Houston Rockets

Patrick Beverley says he will likely play tonight although he is admittedly not 100 percent healthy. He is a risky play, but he is also coming off a game with 15 points, 7 assists, and 3 steals against the Minnesota Timberwolves, so he is still in play tonight.

Khris Middleton, Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks will give Khris Middleton the night off on Monday as he makes his way back from injury. Look for Giannis Antetokounmpo to have one of the highest usage rates of the night. Michael Beasley also seems like a nice DFS option on Monday.

Willie Reed, Miami Heat

Willie Reed doesn't play too many minutes for the Miami Heat, but his absence tonight might open up some extra minutes for Hassan Whiteside and James Johnson. Both deserve a slight bump without Reed on Monday.
