Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Monday 11/21/16

Another stacked Monday of NBA action brings about a ton of injury news that could lead to value plays in NBA DFS tonight.

Monday is a big slate of NBA games, but luckily for daily fantasy players, most of the injury question marks are concentrated in the games that start within an hour of roster lock.

That means good news for those making lineups, but it will be crucial to follow the injury news as it could come fast and furious in the final hour tonight before rosters lock.

Notable Injuries

Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers have a sizable amount of their offense either out or questionable for tonight. Paul George and C.J. Miles are both out tonight while Myles Turner and Kevin Seraphin are listed as questionable. Jeff Teague went off last night and will be popular tonight, as should Monta Ellis and Thaddeus Young. However, if Turner and Seraphin are both out, Al Jefferson might be a source of great value on Monday.

Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks could have most of their offense out of Monday's game. Dirk Nowitzki and Deron Williams are both already ruled out, as is Andrew Bogut. Luckily, Seth Curry will play tonight eve though he's a bit banged up with a shoulder injury. With the three starters on the shelf, Harrison Barnes, Wesley Matthews, and Curry will have to play big roles.

Miami Heat

Even though Goran Dragic is back, the Miami Heat still have several role player injury concerns on Monday. Justise Winslow will still be out for tonight's game, and Dion Waiters is listed as a game-time decision. If Waiters is out, it will only add to the value of Josh Richardson and Tyler Johnson, while James Johnson is coming off a 17-point effort on Saturday. Rodney McGruder could also see an uptick if Waiters misses.

Phoenix Suns

We knew going into today that T.J. Warren would be out for tonight, but Tyson Chandler will also miss another game, while Devin Booker is questionable. Brandon Knight is entering the starting lineup and is a fine tournament play tonight, while Eric Bledsoe and Tyler Ulis could see a bump in production if Booker can't go.

Markieff Morris, Washington Wizards

Markieff Morris injured his ankle over the weekend but said he was going to play tonight, and he reiterated that this morning at shootaround. Feel free to get him in your lineups.

Chandler Parsons, Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies can't catch a break with injuries, as Chandler Parsons will miss two weeks after feeling some pain in his surgically repaired knee. Without Parsons, James Ennis should see a boost in playing time and is a good value target on Monday night.

Cody Zeller, Charlotte Hornets

Cody Zeller is out again on Monday for the Charlotte Hornets, which means Roy Hibbert might get another chance to start. However, Frank Kaminsky played 36 minutes in Zeller's absence Saturday, while Spencer Hawes was productive in 21 minutes after Hibbert got into foul trouble. Look for Kaminsky to be the best cash game value, with the other two as fine tournament options.

Trevor Ariza, Houston Rockets

We are yet to hear the results of Trevor Ariza's evaluation from banging knees in the Houston Rockets' last game, but if he is out for some reason tonight, Sam Dekker and K.J. McDaniels would be in line for a boost.

DeMarre Carroll, Toronto Raptors

DeMarre Carroll is out tonight due to the Toronto Raptors being on a back to back, so look for Norman Powell to enter the starting lineup, while Terrence Ross should get a boost in minutes off the bench.
