Eduardo Rodriguez (ankle) to start for Red Sox Saturday

Boston Red Sox pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez (ankle) will start on Saturday against the Chicago White Sox.

What It Means:

Rodriguez landed on the shelf just before the All-Star break due to a severe right ankle sprain. The 25-year-old left-hander punched out 14 batters over eight shutout frames during two starts in a minor league rehab assignment with Double-A Portland.

Rodriguez averaged 32.4 FanDuel points while going 11-3 across 19 starts in the first half of the year. He owns a 3.44 ERA and 1.22 WHIP with 110 strikeouts and 32 walks through 104 2/3 innings.
