Walker Buehler recalled by Dodgers for Wednesday start
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Walker Buehler has been recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City and is starting in Wednesday's series finale against the Philadelphia Phillies.
Buehler was sent down before the break in an effort to monitor his workload. The 23-year-old right-hander has spun an impressive 3.45 ERA and 1.08 WHIP with 59 strikeouts and 13 walks across 57 1/3 innings (10 starts, one relief appearance) for the Dodgers this year. Fellow right-hander Dylan Floro was optioned to Oklahoma City in a corresponding roster move.
numberFire's models project Buehler to score 31.5 FanDuel points at a cost of $7,800 on Wednesday.
