Cardinals' Harrison Bader (knee) sitting on Thursday
St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Harrison Bader (knee) is out of Thursday's lineup against the Chicago Cubs.
Bader started in center field over Tommy Pham in the last game before the break but was lifted after suffering a mild left knee hyperextension while rounding first base in the second inning. It appeared to be a mild issue and he may be available as a pinch-hitter.
Bader averaged 7.4 FanDuel points in 75 games during the first half. numberFire's models project him to bat .246 with 4 home runs, 15 RBI, 4 steals, and 17 runs scored while continuing to play a limited role over the rest of the year.
