Joe Panik batting seventh for Giants versus Padres
San Francisco Giants second baseman Joe Panik will move down to the seven-hole on Thursday versus the San Diego Padres.
Panik went 1-for-3 and scored a run for a third consecutive game while batting second during Wednesday's series finale against the Miami Marlins. He will move down in the Giants' order on Thursday versus Padres right-hander Tyson Ross.
