Zack Cozart (shoulder) placed on disabled list by Los Angeles
Los Angeles Angels infielder Zack Cozart is sidelined with a shoulder injury that will require a DL stint.
What It Means:
Cozart will be replaced at shortstop by Nolan Fontana in the meantime, as Andrelton Simmons is also on the shelf with an ankle injury.
In 253 plate appearances thus far, Cozart has a .219 batting average with a .658 OPS.
