Roberto Perez (hand) starting for Indians on Wednesday
Cleveland Indians catcher Roberto Perez (hand) is starting versus the Chicago White Sox on Wednesday.
Perez hasn't played since being plunked in his right hand by a pitch during Sunday's contest and making an early exit. It initially looked like the type of injury that would require a stint on the disabled list, so it's good to see the 29-year-old back in action on Wednesday. He will catch right-hander Trevor Bauer and bat eighth versus White Sox right-hander Dylan Covey. Yan Gomes will be available off the Indians' bench.
numberFire's models project Perez to score 8.1 FanDuel points at a cost of $2,100 on Wednesday.
