Wilmer Flores (back) anticipating a return to Mets
New York Mets infielder Wilmer Flores is currently participating in all baseball activities.
A rehab assignment could still be in the works for Flores, but all signs point to an activation relatively soon. The Mets could certainly use his bat in the lineup, failing to score more than three runs in a game for almost two weeks.
In 128 plate appearances thus far, Flores has a .248 batting average with three home runs and 13 RBI.
