Tigers activate Miguel Cabrera (hamstring) from the DL, starting at first base on Friday
Detroit Tigers have activated first baseman Miguel Cabrera (hamstring) from the disabled list, and he will start in Friday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Cabrera will come off the DL on Friday, and immediately return to the Tigers lineup. He's starting at first base and batting third against Blue Jays left-hander Jaime Garcia. John Hicks heads back to the bench after filling in for Cabrera.
