Tampa Bay Rays catcher Wilson Ramos left Tuesday's game with a hand injury.
What It Means:
Ramos left in the third inning after getting hit on the back of the glove by a swing. Expect more details on the extent of the injury to come out later tonight. Jesus SXucre took over behind the plate for Ramos.
