Ryan Madson (chest) lands on Nationals' 10-day disabled list
Washington Nationals reliever Ryan Madson was placed on the 10-day disabled list, retroactive to May 17, with a pectoral strain.
Madson hasn't pitched in over a week but the Nationals have had some rainouts, so it's not clear how or when he suffered the injury. The 37-year-old right-hander is scheduled for an MRI on Monday.
Madson is averaging 4.6 FanDuel points in 21 appearances this season while twirling a 4.19 ERA and 1.40 WHIP with 20 strikeouts and 6 walks, in addition to 3 saves.
