Orioles' Trey Mancini (knee) avoids structural damage, out of Saturday lineup

Baltimore Orioles first baseman/outfielder Trey Mancini avoided suffering structural damage to his injured knee, reports MLB.com's Brittany Ghiroli.

What It Means:

Mancini slammed his knee into the wall on Friday and will be out of Saturday's lineup as a result. He's not expected to hit the disabled list as he's mostly dealing with swelling and soreness. Craig Gentry will be in left and bat leadoff today for Baltimore.

Off to a good start, we project Mancini to hit .279 with 21 homers the rest of the year.
