Devin Mesoraco (wrist) out of Reds' lineup on Wednesday
Cincinnati Reds catcher Devin Mesoraco is not in Wednesday's lineup against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Mesoraco made an early exit from Tuesday's contest after taking a pitch to the wrist in his first plate appearance. X-Rays came back negative but it's not clear if he will be available off the bench. Tucker Barnhart is starting behind the plate for Cincinnati in today's series finale.
Mesoraco is averaging 4.0 FanDuel points per game this season. numberFire's models project him to bat .200 with 5 homers, 16 RBI, and 19 runs scored in 197 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
