Brandon Phillips (hand) not in lineup for Reds tonight
Brandon Phillips is not in the Reds lineup for the second straight day with a hand injury. Ivan De Jesus will start at second base and bat second against the Minnesota Twins.
The Reds face Phil Hughes, who surrenders a .323 wOBA to righties this year, which is just a touch above average. De Jesus hasn't seen enough action this year to be counted on as a fantasy option but he is hitting two spots ahead of Todd Frazier and his .498 wOBA at home, so he could score some runs. We'll continue to monitor Phillips' status.
