Michael Brantley (ankle) will make Cactus League debut for Indians on Wednesday
Cleveland Indians outfielder Michael Brantley (ankle) is scheduled to make his Cactus League debut on Wednesday night.
Brantley continues to work his way back to full strength after undergoing surgery on his left ankle in October, and it's possible that he's ready for Opening Day on March 29. The 30-year-old outfielder slashed .299/.357/.444 and posted a .801 OPS across 90 games for the Indians in 2017.
numberFire's models project Brantley to bat .273 with 9 home runs, 47 RBI, 46 runs scored, and 11 steals in 417 plate appearances this season.
