Zach Davies (oblique) pitches in intrasquad game for Brewers
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Zach Davies (oblique) threw three intrasquad innings on Monday with no issues.
After being diagnosed with an oblique strain last week, it no longer appears to be an issue. Davies should be fine for the start of the season. Chase Anderson was announced as the Brewers' Opening Day starter on Monday.
numberFire's models project Davies to record a 4.63 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, and 17.5 strikeout percentage across 177 innings while going 11-10 on the year.
