Brewers' Stephen Vogt (shoulder) expected to miss 2-3 weeks
Milwaukee Brewers catcher Stephen Vogt is expected to be out for the next 2-3 weeks with a strained throwing shoulder.
The injury puts Vogt's status in doubt for the start of the regular season. Manny Pina is reportedly Milwaukee's primary catcher entering the spring, but Vogt's injury could give an opportunity for Jett Bandy to crack the roster to open the season.
In 2017, Vogt hit .233/.285/.423 with 12 home runs and 40 RBIs over 303 plate appearances.
