Rain delay shortens start for Kansas City's Yordano Ventura's
Kansas City Royals pitcher Yordano Ventura lasted just two innings before a rain delay hit in Game 1 as the Royals were facing on the Houston Astros.
Ventura wasn't sharp early, allowing three runs on four hits and a walk in the two innings.
Kansas City opted for Chris Young once the rains hit, which means Ventura -- who posted a 3.60 xFIP this season -- could possibly start Game 3, but manager Ned Yost said he'll start Game 4.
