Cesar Hernandez is on fire
Cesar Hernandez smacked two more hits, stole a base, scored a run and drove one in during Monday's loss to the Brewers. The 25 year old utility player has found his stroke recently with his third multi hit game in a row. Chase Utley will be riding the pine for the near future.
What It Means:
His second hit of the game marked an 8 for 10 stretch as he went 6 for 8 in yesterday's double header. Could Cesar be a part of Philadelphia's long term future? If he keeps up this hitting, you bet.
