Cubs' Justin Wilson no longer on NLCS roster
Chicago Cubs reliever Justin Wilson is off of the NLCS roster, according to the Daily Herald's Bruce Miles.
Despite pitching a scoreless appearance in 2/3 of an inning, Wilson has just a 5.09 ERA in 17 2/3 innings since coming over to Chicago in a deadline trade. For that reason, he has yet to earn the trust of Joe Maddon, which forced him to roster righty Hector Rondon in Wilson's place.
In his career, Wilson sports a 1.80 ERA and 1.20 WHIP across 5 innings and 5 postseason appearances.
