Tyler White absent from Astros' ALCS roster
Houston Astros third/first baseman Tyler White is not a part of the team's roster for the ALCS.
White was on the ALDS roster in a backup role, but facing the New York Yankees he's out in favor of Collin McHugh and depth in the bullpen. The Astros will only have four position players outside of their starting nine.
Over 67 plate appearances, White slashed .279/.328/.525 with 3 home runs and 10 RBI in the regular season.
