Edwin Encarnacion (ankle) out again for Indians in ALDS Game 4
Cleveland Indians first baseman/designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion (ankle) is absent from the lineup again for Game 4 of the ALDS against the New York Yankees on Monday.
Encarnacion has now missed two straight games for the Indians after spraining his ankle in Game 2. He is still in a walking boot and crutches, so it's not surprising he has to miss Game 4. Michael Brantley is still serving as the DH and hitting sixth against Luis Severino.
Our Matchup Heat Map has the Indians with a 3.38 implied total, which ranks eighth on the Monday slate.
