Jay Bruce is hitting cleanup for Indians in Game 3
Cleveland Indians right fielder Jay Bruce is batting out of the cleanup spot on Sunday in Game 3 of the ALDS against the New York Yankees.
What It Means:
Edwin Encarnacion is out of the lineup after spraining his ankle on Friday in Game 2. Manager Terry Francona will move Bruce into the cleanup spot for the closeout Game 3 against right-hander Masahiro Tanaka.
