Yankees' Jacoby Ellsbury sitting for Game 1 of ALDS
New York Yankees outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury is not in the team's lineup for Game 1 of the ALDS.
As the Yankees face off with the Cleveland Indians on Thursday night, Ellsbury will not be in the order to start the game. Instead, Chase Headley will hit eighth against the Indians' Trevor Bauer.
Ellsbury went 0-for-4 in Tuesday's Wild Card Game, but he's a .290 hitter with 13 extra-base hits and 13 RBI in 153 career postseason plate appearances.
