Twins' Brian Dozier takes a seat on Saturday night
Minnesota Twins second baseman Brian Dozier is not in the lineup for Saturday's home game against the Detroit Tigers.
With the Twins having locked up a playoff spot, Dozier will rest and allow Ehire Adrianza to play second and Jorge Polanco to enter at shortstop tonight at Target Field.
Last night, Dozier went 2-for-3 with 2 walks, a home run and 3 RBI. He now has 34 dingers and leads Twins hitters with a 1.72 nERD on the year.
