Oakland's Matt Joyce is out of the lineup on Friday
Oakland Athletics outfielder Matt Joyce will not start Friday's game against the Texas Rangers.
Joyce is sitting out with lefty Martin Perez on the mound for Texas. Mark Canha is starting in right field in his place. Khris Davis moves to left field, and Renato Nunez gets the nod at DH.
This season, Joyce has hit .242/.335/.469 with 24 home runs. He's averaged 9.8 fantasy points per game on FanDuel.
