Tommy Joseph out of the Phillies' lineup on Thursday
Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Tommy Joseph is out of the starting lineup against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday.
Joseph got the start on Wednesday, but Rhys Hoskins will slide back to first base while Nick Williams enters the lineup starting in the outfield as Joseph returns to the bench this afternoon.
Joseph is slashing .239/.288/.436 with a .306 wOBA, 22 home runs and 68 RBI through 135 games in 2017. numberFire's models project him to bat .270 while adding another 2 home runs and 6 RBI in 41 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
