Boston's Brock Holt out of the lineup for Wednesday's road game
Boston Red Sox utility man Brock Holt is out of the starting lineup against the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday.
Holt started for Dustin Pedroia (nose) on Tuesday, but Pedroia is back in the lineup starting at second base, sending Holt to the bench again tonight.
Holt is only slashing .190/.295/.230 through 54 games in 2017, and numberFire's models project him to bat 200 over the remainder of the season.
