Chase Headley not in Yankees' lineup for Wednesday matinée
New York Yankees infielder/designated hitter Chase Headley is not starting on Wednesday against the Minnesota Twins.
After going 0-for-4 with 3 strikeouts on Tuesday, Headley will grab a seat on the bench for today's series finale with right-hander Bartolo Colon and the Twins. Matt Holliday will step in at DH for the Yankees while Todd Frazier makes another start at third base and Greg Bird remains on first.
numberFire's models project Headley to record a .273 batting average with 1 home run, 5 RBI, 6 runs scored, and 1 steal in 50 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
