Jon Jay starting, batting leadoff for the Cubs
Chicago Cubs outfielder Jon Jay is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's road game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Albert Almora Jr. was starting in center field on the weekend, but he heads back to the bench while Jay starts in his place and bats leadoff against Rays' righty Chris Archer tonight.
Even with the Cubs' low 3.86 implied total, numberFire's models have Jay as a strong value play on FanDuel, projecting him for 11.5 fantasy points while priced at $2,600.
