Marwin Gonzalez absent from Astros' Saturday lineup
Houston Astros infielder/outfielder Marwin Gonzalez is not in the team's Saturday lineup against the Seattle Mariners.
What It Means:
After going 2-for-8 with a pair of strikeouts in the last two games, Gonzalez will step aside for Carlos Beltran to enter the lineup on Saturday. As he does so, Jose Altuve will field second for Houston.
With 21 homers and a .291 average on the year, we project Gonzalez for 2 home runs, 7 RBI and a .292 average in 54 plate appearances the rest of the season.
