Ryan Braun absent from Brewers' lineup on Wednesday
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is absent from Wednesday's starting lineup against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
It's a routine day off for Braun, who has 15 home runs and 46 RBI with a .820 OPS this season (89 games). Eric Thames will start in left field while Neil Walker makes the start at first base for Milwaukee. Eric Sogard will play second and Orlando Arcia will handle things at shortstop.
