Braves' Ender Inciarte (thumb) out against the Nationals
Atlanta Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte is out of the starting lineup for Wednesday's road game against the Washington Nationals.
Inciarte bruised his thumb on Tuesday, and he'll get the day off to recover. Lane Adams takes his spot in center field tonight.
Inciarte is slashing .309/.354/.414 with 88 runs scored, 55 RBI and 21 stolen bases through 141 games in 2017. numberFire's models project him to bat .296 while adding another 11 runs, 5 RBI and 3 stolen bases in 78 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
