Nick Markakis (wrist) remains out for Atlanta
Atlanta Braves outfielder Nick Markakis (wrist) is sitting out his second consecutive game on Friday.
Markakis rolled his right wrist making a catch on Wednesday and is a little sore. X-rays came back negative, but with the Braves out of contention, they will take it easy with their right fielder. Jace Peterson will fill in again on Friday.
Our models project Markakis for a .280 batting average, a.345 on base percentage, and 1 homer in 84 plate appearances, the rest of the year.
