Wilmer Flores starting Saturday for Mets
New York Mets infielder Wilmer Flores is starting at first base on Saturday against the Washington Nationals.
After getting Friday off, Flores will return to replace Dominic Smith at first base as the Mets face lefty Gio Gonzalez in Washington today. Flores is hitting cleanup for the matchup.
