John Hicks is out of the Tigers' Friday lineup
Detroit Tigers catcher/first baseman John Hicks is not in the lineup on Friday night.
What It Means:
Hicks was at first base Thursday but takes a seat on the bench Friday night as Miguel Cabrera takes over first base duties and Victor Martinez rejoins the lineup as DH versus the Chicago White Sox.
Our models project Hicks for a .267 batting average in 33 plate appearances, the rest of the season.
