Ben Gamel is sitting out Wednesday for Mariners
Seattle Mariners outfielder Ben Gamel is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Atlanta Braves.
Gamel and the M's got blanked by Lucas Sims and a trio of Braves relievers on Tuesday night. He'll take a seat in favor of Guillermo Heredia, who is in center and hitting eighth against R.A. Dickey on Wednesday.
Our models project Gamel for a .250 batting average, with 2 home runs, 11 RBI, 16 runs scored, and 2 steals over 124 plate appearances remaining this season.
