Adam Duvall out for Reds on Wednesday
Cincinnati Reds outfielder Adam Duvall is not starting on Wednesday versus the Chicago Cubs.
It's likely just a breather for Duvall, who is slashing .260/.312/.522 with an 0.834 OPS across 493 plate appearances (PA) this season while recording 27 home runs and 81 RBI in 116 games. Scooter Gennett will start in left field while Jose Peraza mans second for the Reds on Wednesday night.
numberFire's models project Duvall to record a .262 batting average with 8 home runs, 25 RBI, 22 runs scored, and 2 steals in 162 PA over the remainder of the year.
