Trevor Plouffe in the Rays' lineup on the road on Wednesday
Tampa Bay Rays first baseman Trevor Plouffe is in the starting lineup against the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday.
What It Means:
It's a revenge game for Plouffe against his former team, and he'll start at first base while batting ninth against Sonny Gray. The Rays will move Logan Morrison to the designated hitter spot, Corey Dickerson to left field and send Shane Peterson to the bench to make room in the lineup for Plouffe this afternoon.
Plouffe is priced at minimum-salary ($2,000) on FanDuel tonight, and numberFire's models have him as one of the day's top values, project him for 8.9 fantasy points.
