Dodgers' Kike Hernandez (hamstring) out a couple weeks
Los Angeles Dodgers utility man Enrique Hernandez (hamstring) could be out for a couple weeks, manager Don Mattingly said Monday.
Hernandez was removed from Sunday's game against the Chicago Cubs in the eighth inning due to tightness in his hamstring. This may open the door for top-prospect Corey Seager, who was likely to be called up anyway at some point in September.
Hernandez has played second base and outfield for the Dodgers. In 201 plate appearances, Hernandez has posted a solid .362 wOBA.
