James Paxton will start on Friday for Mariners
Seattle Mariners pitcher James Paxton will start on Friday against the Chicago White Sox, manager Scott Servais said.
Felix Hernandez and Andrew Moore will toe the rubber in the other two games of the series, while Ariel Miranda and Sam Gaviglio are slated to open up against the Houston Astros after that. Paxton is 7-3 in 14 starts this season while recording a 3.21 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, and 27.2 strikeout percentage across 81 1/3 innings.
