Athletics send Kendall Graveman (shoulder) back to the disabled list
Oakland Athletics starting pitcher Kendall Graveman (shoulder) will be placed on the disabled list prior to Monday's game against the Cleveland Indians.
Graveman was scratched from his start on Friday and after spending time on the DL once with shoulder soreness already this season, he could be spending more time on the shelf this time around. The A's will turn to Daniel Mengden to replace Graveman in the rotation.
Over 47.0 innings pitched this season, Graveman owns a 3.83 ERA and 1.28 WHIP. His strikeout rate is 16.5 percent and he owns a SIERA of 4.43.
