J.D. Martinez is not in Tigers' lineup for first game of doubleheader
Detroit Tigers outfielder J.D. Martinez is not in the Tigers' starting lineup for the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Chicago White Sox.
Martinez should be in the lineup for Game 2 later this afternoon, so stay tuned. JaCoby Jones is starting in right field for Game 1 and batting eighth against Tyler Danish.
Our models project Jones for 0.9 hits over 4.1 plate appearances on Saturday with a 49.0 percent chance of scoring a run and a 49.0 percent chance of driving in an RBI.
