Miguel Sano is not in Twins' lineup on Saturday
Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano is not in the starting lineup on Saturday against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Sano has been in a small slump lately going 0-for-13 with 10 strikeouts over his last three games, so manager Paul Molitor is giving him a day off to clear his head. Eduardo Escobar is starting at third base and batting sixth while Ehire Adrianza is playing shortstop and batting ninth against Jake Odorizzi.
Our models project Escobar to post 1.0 hits over 4.1 plate appearances with a 43.0 percent chance of scoring a run and a 45.0 percent chance of driving in an RBI.
